How long will it take before I see any/some results?
On average, clients begin to see changes at the 3-4 week mark. But it can take as long as 5-6 weeks.
I need your help but my finances don’t allow me to use you full-time. What do you suggest?
I offer a variety of packages, including half sessions. You may purchase as few as four sessions, and pay with instalments that align with your work pay-periods.
How often will we meet?
Frequency is different for every client, but twice weekly is typical.
I’m not a member of the gym. Do I need to join, or pay a drop-in fee to train with you?
No – you don’t need to be a member to train with me or pay a drop-in fee to use either of the two clubs that I use.
What do I do between our workouts?
Your “homework” will be explicitly laid out so that there’s a balanced ‘flow” to the rotation I set-up specifically for you.
Will I have to spend 2 hours in the gym everyday to get in shape?
Never! That’s a common misconception about fitness in general. You will however, be required to spend approximately 45 minutes to an hour 3-4 times per week.
How long will my new program be good for? When will I need to change it?
Depending on your goals, consistency and time invested, on average anywhere from 3-5 months.
What about food – I need help with that!
Everybody has room for improvement in the kitchen. I offer a simple, sensible, and sustainable approach to making it easy and guilt-free!
What about cardio? I don’t like/hate running!
If you don’t like to run then you’ll never have to run! There are so many other effective options and I’ll determine what’s best for your needs and goals.
Do you train men and women?
This question still surprises me yet I still get asked frequently enough to include it in this list. Of course I train men and women, from ages 15 to 85!
No two individuals have the same needs, abilities, weaknesses or goals, so no two people should be given a “cookie-cutter” workout!
