This is a great choice for a quick and easy “no fuss” meal.
Ingredients:
Whole-wheat spaghettini noodles
2 whole garlic cloves
one tin water-packed tuna (drained)
Lite mayo
Healthy Choice pasta sauce (veggie style)
Directions:
Mix drained tuna and lite mayo in a large bowl
Add one-third bottle pasta sauce
Boil noodles until “al dente”
(for quick boiling – use hot water and cover pot)
Add cooked & drained spaghettini noodles to tuna/mayo
Top with chopped raw garlic cloves
Add fresh ground black pepper to taste
Toss well
I like to throw in left-over veggies like broccoli or zucchini.
This makes a complete meal in 15 minutes!
